A search team with everyone in hazmats are seen making their way on what I can only presume is Kattiyal. They come across radioactive plants and various other shrubbery. It is highly illumininated and vivid. Looks hella fake but yeah. They are constantly checking radioactive readings to ensure it is safe for the team. As they are taking samples and doing other routine work, one hazmat dood comes across an exposed tree with what looks like human organs emanating from the tree. Another man nearby immediately takes readings and says it is going off the motherfuckin' charts! With a swift action a metal spear shoots at the poor fellah and nails him to a trail along with a string of yells off in the distance of shrieks and torment. Oof now they are all dedz. It's pretty gruesome, my d00dz.
After that long walk, Gautham makes it back to the area where his family should be chilling at. It appears to be sunrise as more sun is starting to peek out at this point. He is still quite miffed at how superstitious everyone was.
Feeling rather distraught he continues walking fucking fuck it has started raining so without skipping a beat, he goes to a big ass mutated stem to cut off an oversized leaf.. Nope, he is not shooketh at this anomaly whatsoever because his family is what's really on his mind, afterall so might we forgive him for his oversight? While hanging the leaf over his head and running towards the area he gets confuzzled when he realizes that he can't find his family sooooo WTF. As he is running he trips on a fallen branch and gets knocked out. Unbeknownst to him, a shadowy figure approaches him.
Change of scenery here where wheelchair bound Prakash is sitting in his hotel room not looking like a happy camper as he is seen ruminating flashbacks of when he was first dealt with the news that he would be a cripple. Fun times amirite? He proceeds to inject himself with some unknown substance, perhaps a medicine to help him walk again? I don't know exactly for sure yet at this point.
Prakash gets a visitor whom his doctor tells him some grave news about his dying father wanting to see his sonny boi before he croaks. He doesn't seem all that enthused to see him despite his health.
Farhan, the mercenary, officially land on the island along with da killah crew. They all make their grand entrance. No time to stop and chit chat, they immediately perk up their guns and steadily enter the woods ever so cautiously. Jagan's the only one without a gun as his only usefullness is his knowledge of the place. Before they proceed any further Farhan dead ass asks him to tell him everything he knows.
Before Jagan can explain, he seems discombobulated and stiffens because he apparently has a severe phobia of insects and worms. Before he can entertain his phobias more, he gets a call from Prakash who is quite mean to the poor man. Prakash is just one big meanie. From the brief phone call, he is threatening Jagan with something very grave that appears that could come to fruition from a simple click of a keyboard. While we don't know exactly what that is just yet Jagan is deathly afraid pissing him off. I feel for the man.
They all resume their mission and tip toe even further in the forest.
Meanwhile, Gautham is back to the conscious world now. That shadowy figure? Twas Peter! Yo the trio actually kept their word and seriously made that trek to help him awww how nice. Gautham manages to squeeze out a "Thank You" despite yelling at them just a few hours prior. Peter is a swell guy so he takes it in stride. Right now they are all waiting for the rain to subside.
Yup looks good.
All 4 get in their car and along the stroll over there, Karunagan tells Gautham a very interesting tidbit that makes this show more sense. Sooooo that family slaughter in the beginning of 1st episode? The pregnant woman, Mala? She's his daughter! Now, that's not all. Mala's husband, Sethu, is Shakthivel's son! So yeah they both have quite the reluctant motivation to return to Kattiyal.
