Episode 2 "The Playground"

A playground is full of little brats, I mean kids. Just running around and having fun. Upon closer inspection is a little boy in particular who is actually getting bullied.

It was all in the flashback of a grown up named Charles while he was playing with his son another woman, his sister has a friend chat with him sternly warning him that she is not going to be around much longer to take her nephew places as she is getting married soon so he has his father will have to step TF up. Charles is a rather timid guy and he claims he will so...he will.

They arrive to the playground but in the midst of all these kids playing, all he sees are just little savages. All of them! Little mini homicidal maniacs is what he sees. They rush over to this one random kid and gangs up on him. Charles has had enough of watching this insanity and raised his voice.

"Stop!" In which all the kids halt and in unison run off the playground past him. The bullied kid slowly gets up and away as well.

The very night, Charles brings up his distaste for that playground and it's like some kind of evil with that place but the sis is like "NAHHHHHH Quit being such a girl."

Charles continues to take his son back to the playground and notices how more and more peculiar it is. He tells him son to step back a little while he scopes out the place. However, the second he steps inside, literally all the kids stop dead ass in their tracks and stare at him like the children of the corn.

"CHARRRRRLIEEEEE!" Beckons one of the kids atop a slide. "Come and play!" The kids round up to a big group and slowly surround him and taunt him. They all snarl their vampire teeth. He's had enough so he motions to just leave.

"Come back soon Charlie." Says the slide kid and he slides down the slide but he disappears in route.

The sister has a no-non sense mentality and disagrees for preventing taking the boy to the playground. She thinks Charles is coddling him and he has to face the facts that this is like the real world and he can't just keep hiding from it, in which that's what his father is subconsciously projecting on his son.

Despite this, he tries to get on with life but he has this overwhelming sense of doom even on the transport. To his horror, he sees his sis at the playground who took the kid there. He sees Ralph who is the kid identified on the slide whom Charlie says was his grade school bully but well imagine that..the wife doesn't see him. Is this all a figment of his imagination?

Back at home, he sits on his bed and contniues to reflect on his childhood trauma with all the kids menacing him and all. Ralph is seen pushing him and the rest of the kids follow suit which makes him run all the way home.

This is what keeps him awake at night. His sister first hand knows because she awoke in the middle of the night and to see him still there. He confesses how his woes as how trapped he was. His parents were always at work so every time he ran, it seemed to be of no use. Not even the playground. The memories are eating him alive and never got over that stressful time in his life so he decides once and for all to confront. So off he goes into the night.

Once he reaches the gates of the playground, he starts to hear the echoes of his past slowly but surely coming back. He heads towards the slide to talk to "Ralph" to try to appeal to him to leave his son alone when he brings him back so he can enjoy his life!

A kid menacingly walks down the stairs with a big stick rattling against the metal bars. He throws the stick against the light bulb, shattering it. Still a hallucination? idk

So it's the next day and he brings the little one. He has him keep repeating the line "I'm the father, I'm the daddy, I'm the pop" as a sort of alpha mantra?? Well all the kids, those little hellions, stop in their tracks and stare at them like creepy little weevils. All of a sudden the kid says "You are Steve."

"I r steve."

They approach the slide in which Ralph is standing there all high and mighty. The kids first attempts to go up the stairs but Charles removes him and he is likely the person that shouls go down those stairs. When he reaches the top, he is frozen but this little brat of a child reaches the top too and pushes daddy.

However, a weigh fucking trippy ass happens and it now appears that they may have switched bodies?

The little kid is now Charlie. and Charlie is now the little kid. The kids in the playground chase the little kid (Charlie) and have all their eyes set on him now as they did call him Charlie. The little kid being in his dad's body is now frolicking and playing in his own little world. Even going so far to go on the swings. As all the kids and stroll away from the playground while the kid s crying in the background. Omg...
